SERVICE AGREEMENT/TERMS & CONDITIONS

THE CUSTOMER AGREES TO: 

1. **Payment:** Complete payment for selected services before being scheduled. This agreement allows Your Realtor’s Butler to charge your credit card for any services you request, including installations, rentals, and for any lost or damaged equipment. 

2. **Installation Details:** Provide clear, accurate, and complete instructions for installation, including: 

a)Name, address, phone number, cross streets, and map coordinates and more (if available)   

b) Information about any utility or sprinkler lines at the site. 

c)Contact details for anyone involved in the signpost installation. 

3. **Strata Compliance:** Ensure compliance with Strata bylaws, if applicable, by confirming installation guidelines with the Strata. Communicate any relevant guidelines to Your Realtors’s Butler before the installation date, as dealing with Strata communications is not included in Your Realtors Butler responsibilities. 

4. **Reimbursements:** 

a) Cover costs for any rental equipment that is damaged, lost, or stolen. 

b) Pay fines due to incorrect post placement, whether by the property owner, Municipality, or agent and more.

c)Pay fees from utility companies for damage to lines if you fail to call "Ontario One Call" before installation to check for utilities. Alternatively, the Client may request Your Realtor’s Butler to do the utility locates for $35 plus applicable taxes; please allow up to 5 business days for completion prior to install. Utility locates requests must be up to one foot in depth (12 inches).

5. **Post- Removal:** Contact Your Realtor’s Butler promptly after a sale to arrange signpost removal, which will occur within 7 days of notification. 

6. **Rental Notifications:** Address notifications about expired signpost rentals promptly. Rentals that are 10 days or more past expiration may be removed by Your Realtor’s Butler.

7. **Recovery of Equipment:** Assist in recovering the sign post and all its components during removal. 

8.**Sign Post Placement:** For Liability reasons, the customer agrees not to move our sign post from its installed location or transfer it to another property.

9. **Dormant Accounts:** If storing signs with Your Realtor’s Butler, inform them of any prolonged service interruptions. Accounts inactive for over 12 months may have their signs recycled.

10. **Grommets:** Acknowledge that Your Realtor’s Butler will need to create permanent holes with grommets to install sign to post.

11. **Marketing/Promotional:** Customer acknowledges and agrees that Your Realtor’s Butler may photograph and/or use photographs of Customer’s real estate listings, including images showing Realtor signs in the front yard, for marketing, promotional, and advertising purposes in any media. Customer represents it has the authority to grant this consent and waives any claim to compensation, attribution, or approval related to such use.

**CANCELLATION / REFUND POLICY:** 

1. Orders can be canceled by email, phone, or text before the scheduled installation day. 

2. To cancel on the installation day, contact Your Realtor’s Butler directly at 519-919-0627. 

3. Pricing is based on a per-listing basis. All signpost rentals are non-transferable and non-refundable after installation. Once a signpost is removed, the rental contract concludes. 

**YOUR REALTORS BUTLER RESPONSIBILITIES:** 

1. Install and remove signposts according to customer instructions, completing work orders within 48 to 72 hours, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). 

2. Adhere to customer instructions concerning the placement location, while respecting all ordinances and regulations. 

3. Handle and safely store Realtor signs before/after installation. 

4. Upon completing the service, notify the client via text or email with photographic confirmation.
